Well, it is 11pm on Saturday and we leave in 6 hours for Pine Springs (our church camp in the NM mountains) and I still haven't packed :). It is a 10 hour drive and we will be there until next Saturday (June 24th). Keep John and I in your prayers through out this week, we are looking forward to going to Pine Springs b/c it is such a beautiful place and so cool in the summer, but we have come to some challenges in our youth ministry and are both a bit discouraged...so when you think of it say a little prayer not that we will have a good time but that we will entertain the presence of Christ and come back renewed and more reliant on Jesus for our ministry and our personal walks. Thanks.

Ahh - Im sorry to hear that you guys are feeling discouraged right now. I pray that this summer will be a time of learning and growth in the midst of the frustration. Blessings to you both.
i love you both so much. i pray encouragement just flows all over you while at camp and throughout the summer! you are such the presence of christ all the time. i know it will be the same as always while you are at camp!! have fun for me and hopefully i can come with you guys next summer!

I pray that Pine Springs will be such a refreshing time for you both and for your teens as well. I'm so jealous that y'all are there!! It's one of my absolute favorite places!!! That picture just about made me cry (hormones are killer!!)! Love you guys and praying for you both!!!
I know I have talked to you since you returned from Pine Springs, and I know you both had a wonderful time, but I will of course keep you both in my prayers. I hope you are having a great time in Louisville this week. I heard that a lot of the old RHCC crowd is there. Have fun! Love, Cyndy
